Towing a tube

Can I hook the rope to the grab bar? 1994 spx. No spotter or mirrors needed where I live. I’m 200lb my daughter is 70lb so we are under the 370 load limit.

No, it wasn’t designed to pull that much, you will break the handle.

Yes I tried it today and it worked I just kept tension on the rope so it wouldn’t jerk it out. Probably won’t do it again tho I don’t want to break it. I’m holding out till September when there taking order for 2022 models. I’m thinking Yamaha exr 125hp 3 seater that is made to pull a tube. any thought? seadoo make a better one for $9000

When we replace the wife's three seater it will be the Yamaha EXR. I don't have much nice to say about the newer Seadoos.
