I placed an order for rave rebuild kits on 2/3. No communication since.

I reached out via email yesterday (2/10) and still no response.

If they’re slow, that’s fine. I just want to make sure I’m gonna get my parts.

Interesting that you bring this up, as I tried to look into contacting them two days ago from my iPhone15 and when I clicked contact, nothing showed up. I had to go to the sitemap to find the contact info in the first place, and then, disappointingly, nothing showed up, just an empty white space that said CONTACT. I'm having a hard time trying to figure out a good solution for a new drive shaft bellow for my 96 xp 800 and thought I'd ask them. Maybe try to hit them up on their social media pages???

I sent them an email - they have a gmail address.

They’re still active and Nick will respond via their Gmail account. That being said, I ordered a hard jet kit from him on January 8th and the kit still hasn’t shown up. The tracking info created on 1/12/26 says USPS never received the package, so I emailed him, and he promised a new kit would go out this past Monday. Still haven’t seen a tracking number on the new kit and still don’t have a kit so I’m not sure what’s going on.
 
they didn't reply to my email or IG message. Replied on FB and said my order would ship yesterday but no additional updates/tracking. It might update today.

Hopefully you get an update soon. To Nick’s credit he’s been very responsive, I just need my parts. Especially since it’s been 6 weeks since I initially ordered it.
