Hey guys how’s it going? Hope everyone is ok during these inconvenient times. My post doesn’t really have to do with me needing help fixing my ski or anything like that. I’m going on a pretty big trip and We’ll be riding in the ocean. I was wondering what all should i triple check before taking my ski on a big trip. It doesn’t ride bad at all ! Being a 22 year old ski , i Just don’t want it to be the time it does cause of human error or not taking the correct precautions. Also i don’t want to ruin anyone’s day or waste mine. Only thing is, that it doesn’t stay idle. I have a 1998 sea doo GS
I had a brand new carb installed. although i don’t think they adjusted It in the water.

Make sure your battery, charging circuit, and connections are up to snuff.

With the battery at least 12.6 V, do a load test on that battery!

It's pretty easy to reach down at the carb and adjust it. Follow along the throttle cable til you feel the little T screw.

So i turn it to the right until i stays on in the water?
