Throttle flare for Sea-Doo finger throttle

I know they make these for thumb throttles to avoid blisters but do they make an equivalent for Sea-Doo's finger throttle? Pretty much every ride I get a nasty blister on my right thumb and I wear riding gloves. I've been looking into better gloves or maybe even athletic tape around my thumb but that's really a last resort.

Just ride more and toughen up that thumb. You’ll enjoy the workout too.

Never did understand why they don't put a twist throttle on PWC's and ATV's. I don't get blisters I get cramps, but luckily it is usually only while riding in rough conditions with my wife, as I am trying to hold a study speed to keep her from getting slung all over. Which gets me in trouble.
