Taking on water

The ski(2002 rxdi) flipped yesterday. It was uprighted immediately but the engine compartment was flooded due to a bad seal under the seat...The ski then ran slowly, and only with about 5000rpm's after that...Took the plugs out everything dried out overnight, ran it hot today to get all the water out of it. However I noticed when I dried the rest of the water out of it with sponges and towels that it is taking on water from somewhere....the bilge pumps are on all the time. BUT...my daughter and another :rolleyes:buddy told me they have noticed the bilge pumps on for about a month when riding it.....so I don't think flipping the ski and flooding the engine compartment and this are related....so any idea where the leak is, and can I continue to run it until the fall when I trailer it for service? Thanks for your help in advance.

When you have the ski on the trailer, fill the hull partway with water. Be careful not to put so much that it gets into the motor or electrical. Visually inspect where water is coming out. This would eliminate water through the hull, there are other places, but check this first.
