Just changed my tachometers on a 2006 UTOPIA 205 with the 1503 Rotax engines. For those who would like to replace their tachometers, I bought them from FARIA. They are up to 7000 rpm (the N/A engines goes just to 7300 max.) which is enough for the 1503 N/A. The signal sent to the tachometers is a 12 pulse signal. So I guess every tachometer can be used when it reads the 12 pulse signal. The FARIA tachometer is for the outboard applications and the pot at the back side has to be set to "5".
