Is anyone using a different brand of synthetic 4 stroke oil outher than seadoo??

Synthetic oil what brand??

Quicksilver...
I use the "Full Synthetic" Quicksilver brand of oil and have been for about 4 years. It meets all of BRP's requirements for use in Rotax engines and states so on the back label. They also make a synthetic blend.
When I was looking for an oil, the closest BRP dealer was about two and a half hours away. That's when I went on a search for another oil. I found the Quicksilver near me and a really good price. It's stocked at my local Walmart store, just down the road......:cheers:

Not quite correct. It is for the 4Tec.
OTOH, my mechanic had an issue with them and per their request, he sent them a quart of oil and the oil filter. They said the engine failure was because the oil was full of anti-freeze. That would be amazing since it was for a Jet Boat that sucked lake water. I have been in that lake and a chemical analysis might show trace amounts of anti-freeze but not in quantities that would hurt the engine.
