surge brake seizing on karavan trailer for 2004 islandia

Hi all,
I have one drum brake smoking. Does anyone have procedures/pics on how to fix. A neighbor told me that I just need to take apart and clean/lube certain parts to prevent from sticking? Thanks in advance...

if it were me, and its a single axle trailer, than i would think, your withn "weight" to trailer without brakes, so i'd disassemble it...i know thats probably not the answer your look'n for...
