Supercharger replacement 2007 challenger

Hi all, I have a 2007 seadoo challenger 180 with 215hp. The supercharger went this weekend. I pulled it off and the fins are a bit bent so I figured I would just replace and upgrade. Would this bit be everything I need? Not looking to do the inter cooler or tune at this time. Has anyone done this? Was there a noticeable difference? Open to other suggestions if there is a better option.

Did your ceramic washers break? If so, you need to pull the engine and thoroughly clean.

No, it appears to have been previously rebuilt. All metal washers. Seems like a bearing gave out.
