Strange things going on with my ski

Hi everyone! I'm a new owner of an older 4stroke with low hours of 130. The seadoo rides great but I noticed something today. While riding I noticed an intermittent BEEEEEP. Sometimes it was continuous sometimes it wasn't. I quickly brought it back to dock to make sure it wasn't taking on water, checked the oil and coolant...all fine. I took it back out and after a couple of minutes same thing...then I noticed the BEEEP then electronics died but ski still ran great....while driving it the start up process of BEEP BEEP then controls sweeping from nothing all the way around and back, then ran fine....until another beep, then no electrical controls and then it repeats. In addition, after this cycle goes on when I remove the key fob the seadoo will continue to beep beep as if it is ready for me to start it up! The only thing I can think of is maybe the ignition has a short. Prior to this going on I have noticed that when pushing the "start" button it sometimes takes 2 or 3 pushes prior to have the engine turn over. When it does its starts right up. Can anyone tell me where to start? Thank you all in advance!

Hey Rob, I've had the same problem, and I have two '02 GTXs. My ski ran fine, but I had all sorts of intermittent warning beeps and flashes.

The very first thing I'd do is swap out the information center. My ski only had 43 hours on it, but the corrosion was so bad inside the cluster that one of the wires was connected by a single strand of wire.
