Storage Compartment latch rubber grommet needed

I have a 98 speedster and both of my rubber grommets for the storage compartment latch are dry routed and need to be replace, Part number 293720056. I see these parts are discontinued and was wondering if anyone has had luck with a replacement grommet?

Check your local hardware, Lowes, Home Depot in their specialty bolts, screw part section. I'm sure you can find a rubber grommet that will work.
