please help someone, I am running out of ideas.

I have been battling a continuous problem with the starting of my sea-doo 1800 sportster.
Some days it will start without an issue and then other days nothing completely dead, all that happens is a long beeping noise. Both engines will not start. I have replaced the battery and I know that the engines work fine, so I assume that it is something to do with the ignition system. I have taken this to 4 different sea-doo mechanics and each time it starts a few time and they say that it is fixed. Sure as hell I have taken the boat to the boat ramp and it will not start, I even check it before I leave home and both engines start but when I get there nothing.
The boat is in excellent condition probably one of the best example of a well maintained boat that you will see, the original owner prior to me only used a few times. I have had the boat about 2 years with no other history of problems.
If anyone has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it, I am running out of options.
Thanks
Steve

if it's just randomly dead after sitting for a while... I would say your regulator is on it's way out. (draining the battery)

Some times starts other times dead

Thanks for the suggestion,

I not familiar with the regulator, if you mean the starter regulator, isn’t there one for each engine, would it be unlikely that both would fail at the same time, but what about it starting sometimes? The battery is still fully charged.

Again thanks I will look into this

Starter regulator? What's that?? Are you talking about the starter solenoid?

The regulator is for charging the battery(s). It controls the flow of power from the stator, and it regulates the voltage. Some times, when they go bad... they don't turn off when the engine stops. In turn... it drains your battery. If you have a dead batery... the engines won't start. In your post above... you said... "sometimes it's just dead."

What did the dealer do to get it to start?
