Steering wheel

Any one know how to remove the steering wheel without the special tool from seadoo.

This is not the recommended way... But...

Loosen the nut so its flush with the shaft. have a helper pull on the wheel. (not too hard, it's only bolted to fiberglass) then tap the nut with a metal hammer. it should pop off.

The wheel is on a taperd shaft, and between the pulling, and the vibration of the papping... the taper should pop loose. :cheers:

Dr Honda where did you get your steering wheel from? Thinking about changing mine.
