Starting problem on 95 GTX SeaDoo from Hades

Help, I cant figure out what is wrong!! Nothing happens when you depress the starter button, only the click of the button.

Here is what I have so far;

Battery is new

Solonoid is new

Starter switch checks out good with Ohm meter

Cutt off switch checks out good with Ohm meter

When I cross the poles of the solonoid the engine cranks over, so starter is good



What else can I check??? I feel like setting the thing on Fire!!!!

Check the fuses. make sure they are good. make sure they are seated snugly.

If you jump the terminals of the solenoid and it turns over, it's most likely the solenoid. I know you said it was new, but you might have a bad one.

Well you are right, I put in my old solonoid and it started right up. Thanks.
