Got two 717 engines from him at a great deal and ended up after I installed them one had a cracked PTO jug :svengo:
I contacted him and he was very understanding and apologized.
Crack was not obvious b/c of the paint otherwise he would of not sent it in which I agree. Once head is off you see the crack in the water jacket.
So he offed to send me a set of OEM std bore jugs in which there is wear but not not to affect performance. He said a hone may clean it up which I said fine.
When I receive them they look good like he said but when I go ask about the hone they recommend a bore because of light score mark and some wear close to the top of the jug.
I then contact him again and tell him what I was told and we came to the agreement for a partial refund in the amount I would be out to fix the one cylinder :thumbsup:
Very easy to work with and would buy from him again over and over again
