Here's how I was able to re-install the stock sponsons. Video below
Drinking straw on the studs to guide the washers onto the studs from the inside of the hull.
5/8 fuel line, to push down and hold the washers while you pull the straw out of the fuel line. Fuel line cut slightly shorter than the straw so that the straw sticks out.
Remove 5/8 fuel line, washers are now in place, ready for nut.
Inspection camera to help make sure everything is in place.
