2006 Speedster 200 N/A.

Bilge Pump is not engaging at all, either via manual switch or automatic feature. I have checked both fuses and replaced them even though they were not blown. I am starting to think the pump has burned out and needs to be replaced. I have not pulled it out of the boat yet, but I did a visual inspection while hanging in the engine bay and do not see any clogs or obstructions.

Is there anything else I should be checking? The wiring seems fine from what I can see and I don't see any troubleshooting info in the shop manual.

If I end up replacing it, Do you guys think I am okay replacing it with the kit that BRP sells on their website? It says it is only for the 2010's and up, but it looks pretty damn similar to what is in my 06.

I found the BRP kit on Amazon for $115

Thanks!

I would have thought a bilge pump was a bilge pump with the main differences being the amount of current they draw which may be more than the fuse can tolerate. I don't think there would be any significant issue with using that pump.

I don't know what pump is specifically installed in your boat, but I would pull it and see if there is a model number on it and look for something similar on either Amazon, West Marine or somewhere else online. It seems to me that the BRP one is over priced and you can find a RULE pump that will be a perfect match for close to 1/2 the price.

Try unplugging the electrical connector to the bilge pump, with the switch on manual you should have 12v. if not it's the pump itself. But before you replace it remove it from the boat, it just unclips from the base. Check and see if anything has gone past the strainer and is stopping the impeller. As above if the pump is bad just replace it with the same Rule part number, it will be less than half the price of the kit.
