Speedster 150 (215hp) will not run above 6000rpm

Hi All, new member here. Really need some sound advice, as I've exhausted all ideas. I've had the boat 10 years and worked fine for first 8 years then started having issues occasionally, but now all the time.
Problem: 2007 Speedster 215hp will no longer rev above 6000rpm when in the water and only reach 35mph. It will rev to 8000rpm when out of water (just done briefly with flushing hose attached).

Things that have been done so far:
Fuel filters changed
Spark plugs and oil changed
Throttle position sensor changed
Supercharger removed and sent for overhaul. Note, nothing wrong identified with it.
Jet pump and wear ring inspected, no scoring or damage.

Looking for advice on what to do next. I live a long way from any Seadoo dealers or maintenance facility!

Hi, thanks for feedback. Compressions are all good. Although I've had the boat 10 years it has only done 50 to 100 hours at most.

Has BUDS or CanDoo Pro been used to read for fault codes?
Have the injectors been cleaned recently, even if you only have less than 100hours they might be gummed up, lastly possibly a bad ignition coil.
