A little help here. Currently have a 2007 4-Tec Wake 215hp Supercharged with only 110hrs on it. Boat ran new in the fall. I had the hull re-gelled over the winter and had all fluids drained and the rest of the winter service was performed. The Craft was flipped over and on its side during the gelcoat work. After I got it back, I inspected the spark plugs and they did have oil on the electrodes, I cleaned those off as much as I could. All fluids were put back in the machine and it literally turned over and started immediately. It runs smoothly but blows white smoke. I shut it down after maybe 30 seconds and haven't started it again. Do I just need to let the oil in the cylinder burn away or do I potentially have another issue? Thanks for any help here, much appreciated. I use Amzoil 10W40 synthetic.

You can't run it on or off a hose long enough to really see what's happening. In your case, I'd put the plugs in and get it to a ramp and back it down and let it run. There is a great chance it is just oil being in places it shouldn't be.
Check the level before you run it. And after. The oil MUST be between the marks. Too high and it creates high Crank Case pressure and the ski looses performance.
Generally, white smoke is antifreeze. But it often comes with a sweet odor. Check the level to make sure it is good.
I'd remove the IC hose and take a look at the inside. Make sure there is no water or antifreeze in there.

Thanks CoastieJoe... Very helpful. I did have the hose on but probably right that I can't leave it on long enough to work on it. Unfortunately most of the lakes around here are still frozen. Lol. I will look at the oil level again and make sure its right. Could I pull any oil out of the cylinder through the Spark Plug ports? Just a thought if there's oil sitting in there. I am hopeful its not antifreeze as its not sweet smelling and we drained all of it. (or we believe we did.) I'll take a look in the IC hose. Good tip there. Thanks again.

Full synthetic that specifically states it is good for clutch slip is fine. You will find most quality motorcycle oil has this stated on the container.
Thanks for the input guys. Hopefully this attachment works. Essesially the BRP full synthetic is not sufficient for a SC motor and that's why they recommend the blend. I'm a data guy so my use of Amsoil was based on reading this. If we agree that's not smart I'd love to hear that. Again, thanks for the input.
