sluggish at low RPM's

i have a 2001 seadoo xp 951 and i have the stock grey fuel lines which might be the problem but at low rpm right before i go wot its a lil sluggish till bout 4000 rpm then it pulls hard. Iam def changing the lines this weekend and cleaning out the carbs what else do you guys think i should do??

i had similar problem,also had major fouling of one plug-so i managed to get carbs off and found a smashed gasket-carbs were in gr8 condition tho-i also took out rave valve and stripped and cleaned them-just gotta wait for new gaskets to arrive then will be testing!

yeah i checked my plugs there fine soim hoping its just the lines and get a nice carb clean and ill be good
