Whilst riding out at see my GTI SE 155 PWC gives a single "BEEP" I continue moving and it does it every few minutes. No warning lights illuminate at all. I have noticed that when it "BEEPS" the fuel level goes down and back up. I have replaced the battery, rectifier, solenoid and the starter motor has been serviced. What does this single "BEEP" mean?

I believe it thinks it is low on fuel.

Check all the pertinent connections well as well as any fuses. We have seen many fuse's not blown but have a poor connection within their holder. Simply pull and reinstall them normally solves the fuse issue if it was a poor connection.

Sorry guys....were in the 4stroke section and all the above does not pertain to them.

The pickup assembly is a separate part from the fuel pump assembly, but I am unsure is Seadoo sells them separate. My best guess is its an intermittent failure.

I had a similar phenomenon on my '06 GTx when I first got it. Every so often--at speed--I'd hear this single beep. After several instances of this, I suddenly realized that it was just the wind across the opening of my marine warning whistle, attached to my vest! If the onrushing wind hit it at just the right angle, combined with the rushing wind in my ears, it had the same frequency of tone as the engine beep. The whistle was the culprit...
