Shift cable

I need a shift cable for a 98 sportster 1800. I have tried the parts link here and they cannot find one as well as trying a few cable/fab shops and they are unable to duplicate the old cable. If anyone knows where to find one or are planning on parting out their boat please let me know. The cable is stainless steel so I really don't think I can weld it. Any help is appreciated

Reverse Cable is what you're looking for ...

Hi I snapped my reverse cable on my speedster last weekend and had a hell of a time trying to find the part.

They call it a "reverse cable" which makes it kinda confusing. I just looked in the fiche and you'll find it for your rig in the "reverse" section $144.00

Yeah, I know it is part #204170059. I actually placed the order then received a phone call from the parts guy informing me that they do not have and cannot find the cable, then refunded my $$$. Thanks for trying though
