Ho do you become a senior member??? Seems like after one month and a half, I am one! Guess I am a fast learner with all my Sea-Doo problems since July!

I am getting good at it theoretically but I am not hands on. My ski has had so much troubles that I had to go through a huge learning process. We are used to that in IT...

I guess you have to be over 65 somehow the secret has gotten out! ....... just kidding.

Actually its based on the number of posts you make, and honestly I'm not sure what the numbers are, but we can find out.

I can tell you for sure it's not grey hair: I shave my head because my I have gotten bald rather than grey!

This is given once you hit 100 posts and was done about 8 years ago. Something we should probably update since we have many members that have well over 2000 posts now.

A premium membership is a paid membership, you get free access to Seadoo manuals also access to premium trouble shooting. And the big plus is you are helping to financially support the forum.

I thought Sea-Doo manuals were already freely available (on link removed. )? At the rate of my sea-doo problems, Maybe I should pay a membership or sell my Sea-Doo...

I became member here a month ago because I was stuck with a used Sea-Doo. Never bought anything used (cars, ATVs, lawnmower, etc.) since 1986... except for this year. I thought I had not enough budget for a new one (don't try to sell me a Spark) and I am now at the point that a new Sea-Doo would be already half paid! Have you ever made some wrong choices in life? My point is: don't buy used unless you are skilled with mechanics.

At least, I can now help some other members with all the stuff I learned (at a high price).

Benji.

That is what we are here for: share the good/bad experiences and help each other ... of course a little friendly teasing over our mistakes is good therapy.
