I am rebuilding my engine (bent piston rod due to sucking up a rock and jammed the impeller instead of breaking the wear ring). The engine stoped and upon disassembly and inspection one of my piston rods is bent and the piston cracked. no other damage noted on the engine. It only had 4 hrs of run time prior to this. I am replacing the piston rod and piston and reassembling the engine. seadoopartshouse.com had all of the parts I need except the PTO adapter 529036273 and cam shaft lock 529036206 and crank shaft locking tool 529036407. I cannot locate them anywhere. does anyone know where I can get/order them?

The bent con-rod is not from a rock stuck in the impeller. You can buy the tools from your dealer.

Is your ski out of warranty?

As chester said there is no way for the pump to cause a bent rod and bad piston.
