Seadoo RXP 260 RS uneven rpm

I just bought a RXP 260 RS 2012
I have problem with the RPM.
If i hold full throttle it goes between 6000 and 7200.
It have run 90 hours.

Have someone had the same problem

Yes its when it are in the water and the sea is flat
