Seadoo RXP 2005 electrical problem

Hi Guys, I'm reading these forums everyday since I became a member and they are very helpfull. (1) Is it normal to hear 4 beeps every 5 seconds after the 2 first beeps when the lanyard is on the DESS without starting the engine?. Because it works on my nerve, especially when im not reading to start the egine. (2) The VTS level indicator doesn't show on the panel neither does it works when pressing the buttons? Is it the MPEM? The battery was charge for 6 hours and is showing 12.8 volts of charge. Your help is appreciated.
