Seadoo only beeps sometimes but always atarts

Hi I have a 1997 seadoo GTI and when I baught it it would not beep but it would start up every time the I opened up the front handlebar cover and messed with the wires on the buzzer and then it started beeping again but after I rode it it stopped beeping again

Probably a poor connection inside the buzzer. Radioshack has them fairly cheap and are easy to install. I've seen alot of threads of the buzzer going bad. Mine went bad and I replaced it with one from Radioshack. Check their prices online before going to the store. Mine was on sale online but not in the store. I had to pull it up on my phone and got the lower price.

buzzer is going out. You can get one from Radio Shack to put in it place for a few dollars.. Here is the item number from them.. 2730068

Anything special to wiring the radio shack beeper in, I just ordered 2 for my ski's?

How do we know if its the actual buzzer or the wiring because it will beep sometimes and the beeps sound normal

I bought 8 of the radio shack buzzers i can send one cheap if u want it.

the buzzer still beeps can the buzzer be bad of it still beeps could it be a loos wire

Radio shack buzzers don't hold up to salt water at all. Speaking from experience.
