2004 seadoo gtx lts sc 185hp. I've been trying to get closer to the rated top speed in my seadoo. I was only hitting 45 mph. at 7000 rpm.
new solas 12/20 pitch impeller (oem pitch)
new oem wear ring
rebuilt jet pump bearing and seals.
after this work was done. i'm hitting 50pmh at 7000 rpm. I believe should be closer to 60mph at 7500 rpm.
I noticed my intage grate is pitted and has a small crack in it near the bolt holes.. would this cause the loss of top end? what else could it be? appreciate any feedback. thanks.
