Your spec looks fine. I just went to Autozone and got 1/4" black fuel line. Stainless mini hose clamps Size #3. Reuse the old clamps if possible, after using side cutters to pop them off.
Also clean out tank, fuel filter, and fuel switch. I assume you've also cleaned internal filter(s)in carbs or replaced them.
Good luck.

Thanks for quick reply. Where can I find stainless mini hose clamp size #3 ? I know because of volume of clamp to use, maybe over 20 of them, so just want to find place sell in volume in box.
The carbs was rebuild new kit 6 months ago. ( I may take it out and just clean again )
Fuel filter I clean every time go out to water.
Fuel switch never done that's why I want to change fuel hose and clean it too.
How to clean fuel tank ? it's impossible to remove fuel tank out of seadoo hull.

I bought mini ss hose clamps at Lowe's in the hardware or plumbing area. I doubt you will need more than ten although I didn't check your spec ( http://partsfinder.onlinemicrofiche.com/seadooforums/Seadoo_oem/Seadoo_PWC.asp?Type=13&A=43&B=15) and less if you can reuse the original oetiker or calliau's.
I took my tanks out thru the front hatch after disconnecting everything and don't see why yours is different, but you can see it and I can't. Maybe it is adequate to siphon the crap out of the bottom.

I did try to take out fuel selector. First, pry out small plastic cap, then try to take out phillip screw. IT"S SO HARD to take that screw out. How can you take that phillip screw out ? because, when I turn the screw with phillip screw driver the selector turn to Reserve position and stop there, but can not get screw out. I'm affraid to break the fuel selector assembly.
What can I do to take that screw out ?

If all else fails drill the screw out, on my ski the fuel selector valve was really bad, it was litterly filled with green goo. When I tried to clean it the rubber washer deformed. I used carb. cleaner which probably deformed the washer, try using something milder, like brake clean, detergent, or a degreaser. I purchased a new fuel selector, I think it was about $35.00 with the knob.

Also when I did mine, (early spring last year), I used good quality black zip ties instead of clamps. So far so good. I like them better than the clamps, they are easier to install and the grip is more uniform. If you use the zip ties be sure to use good quality, I bought Panduit brand (made in USA) at Graybar about 1/4" wide.

Also you only need to replace the hoses in the fuel delivery system and the pulse hose. You can leave the vent lines alone.

First thank you for reply me.
When I try to take the screw out, push my screw driver so I can hold and turn. It's hard, however I accidently push through the whole unit. It's mean the plastic nut to hold the fuel selector go through, but the screw still there. It's ok, I plan to get new selector any way.
Where did you buy fuel selector with knob for $35 ?

Yeah, I'm about to ask if I can leave the old grey hose to the side of hull, because It's hard to put hand in that location to take grey hose out. So you said I can leave grey hose from side of hull, and just change new hose of gas system to carb.

Please keep in touch and help me to change fuel hose.

Thanks again

Just look for someone advertising he is parting out Seadoo(s) and tell him what you need. Or search on Ebay for Seadoo Fuel Selector.
You might be able to get the screw out with vise grips while the selector is held in a vise. Just rock it back and forth after applying WD40. That salt water corrosion is a Bitch. If the screw breaks no loss. But if it works you might be able to just buy the knob..although most people would want to kepp it with the switch.

Ok, thanks.
The fuel hose for ALL FUEL SYSTEM is 1/4" ID or 5/16" ID. It's confuse me because I search info around the web say difference. The OEM parts search said 6mm.

6mm = 0.236 inches.
1/4 inch = 0.25 inch
5/16 inch = 0.3125 inch

I plan to get 25ft roll. If I correct information about size of hose quick, I'll get it today.

Definitely 6 mm or 1/4". Also see that Minetonka4me has lots of parts. Check with him re fuel switch.

well you know next time. I have yet to run into a parts 96 GSX though. I bought one a week ago and looks good and was a runner. Idiot filled it with water via hose and not starting it first.

Despite what some think, I do love seadoos and try to save the ones with really nice hulls. I cant save them all though!

Thanks to let me know you have parts of gsx 96.
I have about 1/2 gas in the tank, now I want to remove all those gas out of tank, then clean the tank.
How to clean fuel tank ? because I only can get inside tank by 2 holes, 1 is refill gas, and 1 is fuel baffle.
What to use when clean fuel tank ?

Take the fuel baffle out. It is a tight fit so it is easier to release the straps and slide the tank forward a little. Get a siphon and suck the fuel out to a container, moving the hose in the tank around the bottom to get as much junk out as possible.
As I said before, you can remove the tank to get it really clean. Maybe its not that dirty. I did it with both my SPX's.

I have Seadoo GSX 1996, not SPX. It's impossible to remove the fuel tank out of ski. Rear side is Engine block it. Front side where the hood open is smaller than the tank. Even if remove engine ( which I did before to change new engine from SBT ) , there is no space to remove tank. Only way is rivet all around the hull and take haft top of hull out , then remove fuel tank.

Pop-Off carb gauge tester

By the way, can you give me link or show me how to build pop-off carb tester ?
The pop-off tester is PUMP air INTO carb or SUCK air OUT of carb ?

Very appreciated if has picture to build pop-off tester

Sorry about the ref to fuel tank. Your 15 gal tank is larger than mine which is 9 gal.
Pop off tester has a hand pump, gauge and outlet...so yes it is a pump to produce pressure, 5-30 psi, into the carb. Maybe you don't really need it. There are some pix in the shop manual.

Yes, seadoo gsx 96 is 15 gal fuel tank. Last time 6 months ago,I rebuild my carb without pop-off test. It's run fine from low to top end, no rich or lean. I have to take out water run, tune carb, and read spak plug. Because I change all fuel hose, change float in baffle ( nothing wrong with fuel reading on Info Gauge ) just want to take all carb part out clean and pop-off test it.
If it pump air INTO carb, then use the bicycle hand pump with GAUGE, then outlet of pump connect to some kind of adaptor to 1/4 ID hose, then hook to carb. Am I right ?
I think hard part is how to look for adaptor bicycle valve to 1/4 ID fitting. Where to find that adaptor ?

There is a special tool for that but I use a pair of side cut wire cutters (dikes). Just grab both sides and then hold and twist.
