The latch broke on my 260 RXTX, I got the glove box top off but it looks like the pivot points are riveted in. Does the entire unit need to be replaced or can I pop out just the latch? The space is too tight to drill through. The lid itself is still in great shape so I'd rather not have to replace everything if I don't have to
