Hi,
Im having issues to remove the pto flywheel assy from the rear part of the engine.

It had been running without lube so it burnt and splined stripes.. now i need to get it off to replace it but it feels impossible. Am i turning it into the right direction if i try to open it counter clockwise if i look from the back of the jetski?

Some photos attached also about the problem..
There's no edges where i could put a wrench or anything..

You will need to stop the rear piston from moving by putting rope down the spark plug hole or remove the head and put in a wood block.

Then a chain wrench like this one around the PTO.

THe PTO spins counterclockwise when looking at the back of the engine. It also helps to heat the PTO.

OR with the motor still in the hull and rope in the rear spark plug hole, drop in your impelller tool and large breaker bar. IT should spin right off!!

With stripped splines the impeller tool probably will not work.
