Bought 2 farm fresh SeaDoo's that have been sitting for 7 years

2000 SeaDoo RXDI Millenium Edition - Needed steering cable replaced (done), starts and runs with 7 year old oil/petrol(gas) which needs to be drained and replaced with fresh juice.

1994 SeaDoo XP 5854 - Has had engine rebuild (factory) which needs to be put back together and re-installed.

I have 15 minutes total experience with JetSki's and may have bitten off more than I can chew, I've read dozens of articles and watched quite a few YouTube vids and am filled with a (false?) sense of confidence that I now know enough to cobble the 94 back together and hope it doesn't explode...
