Salt flush kit?? Is it worth it?

I went to the local dealer, and saw they had a flush kit for getting all the salt residue out of your boat. The chemical and kit is very expensive? Is it worth the money?...or is there a cheaper alternative? I think with the chemical, and the little thing that looks like a minature weed and feed for your hose was well over $100.00.

When I lived in SoCal, I used salt away. Good stuff, and wasn't too expensive. My old 79 JS440 was used for about 10 years in the ocean, and it didn't show ANY salt corrosion.

There are other alternatives to removing the salt content, but this looks pretty good at removing it quickly.

I use the Salt Away. It works very well..
