S hook stuck in propeller!

Any advice on how to get S hook out that is stuck in propeller?

Easiest way is to pull the pump off unfortunately. Can you see it ? Maybe a wooden dowel?

I can't see it but I can feel it on the propeller.

I took off the bars under shaft. But I'm not sure how to take off back plate under propeller. I unbolted the under bolts but I think it has two others I can't find. I think if I took this off I could reach propeller to see if I could get s hook off.

With the intake grate off (the bars) , put a cell phone up there and snap a pic. There's cooling lines the hook to the plate you're trying to remove, it the ride plate/heat exchanger. You don't want to take that off.
