RXP-X making pumping noise when off

My 2008 RXP-X makes this strange gear pumping noise when the key is out and engine off. When left for a long time it kills the battery. Otherwise no problems with the Ski. Any ideas. I read to check the engine grounds but have no idea how to do that.

I checked and this model has not Blige pump unless previous owners installed on. Thinking of just buying a battery kill switch.

Sounds like a bilge pump "Float" or "Water" switch is stuck closed. If so, the pump will run forever. Right to the point of the battery dieing....

Check, I bet you have one installed from the PO.

Check and see if it's the fuel pump, and if the cluster lights up

Resolved, brought this into dealer and turned out to be the DES computer was defective. Replaced and problem gone.
