If the oil looks milky, you have some tear down in your future...

Head, gasket, block ect ect could be cracked.

Generally speaking, the head is likely the first thing to pull off. You will be looking for a blown gasket and or cracks in the head or the top of the block..

Bottom line is,, the coolant went somewhere.

Pull the plugs. If the coolant went into one of the cylinders that plug would be steamed cleaned in most cases.

I'm guessing a blown head gasket is the problem. As Joe mentioned, pull the plugs and one or more will look like it had been steamed. It's always possible for it to get into the oil elsewhere but not very likely.

so I pulled plugs one looks like it was hit a hammer and you can see damage in side so it sucks engine over haul thanks for your help

You dropped a valve and it cracked out your cylinder wall. Time to pull the motor, weld block if possible, new sleeve, complete rebuild. May not be worth it depending on the condition of the ski, you'll have $2k in it even if you do all the work.
