ok,,i have a engine being rebuilt,,, but my question is: can i still drive my boat with one motor in ,one motor out of the boat , the other motor runs fine,, iam just wondering if oil will come out of the lines when it runs....?? ty joe
YEah you totally should not do it. You will have all sorts of problems. You would need to block off the oil and gas lines. Then the boat wont steer correctly due to the engine not being centered in the back. Then you have problems with the holes in the hull. Lastly, the boat will probably be really underpowered with the single engine. Its a bad idea in many ways.

Winterizing the engine seemed pretty easy. These motors are less complex than the one in my new lawnmower.
I just started a thread describing what I did, looking to see if I missed anything.
