Running issue on my 1997 gsx

I have a 1997 gsx it wont go full throttle half throttle wiil run but at 5000 rpm if i try to go full throttle the engine will bogg and then pick up and bogg again some times it will shut off but will restart and if you give it throttle easy it will run but only at half throttle full throttle still boggs down like its not getting gas the ski sat for about a year before i bought it i removed all the old gas and changed it to premix when i took it out in may ran fine even at wot when i took it back in june would only run half throttle. And boog out any help would be great still have the gray fuel lines ALSO IT WAS DOUBLE BEEPING WHEN I PLUGED THE KEY IN NOW IT WONT DOUBLE BEEP BUT STILL STARTS WHATS GOING ON THERE

you already answered your own question "still have the gray fuel lines".

try cleaning the fuel filter first, that may give you temporary help but you have to
replace fuel lines, clean carbs, etc, clean Raves. then see if you still have problems.

my 97 gsx does the same thing with the lanyard, dont know the answer to that they are just finicky

Sounds exactly like what my 01 carbed gtx was doing. I pulled the carbs off and sure enough the internal carb filters were all gummed up from the factory fuel lines. Disasembled the carbs and cleaned them thorough, replaced all the fuel lines and ran great again. If your not familiar with the carbs and such, read the above thread, lots of good info there.
