Ride Plate or whatever it's called?'

Well it appears that I have a leak. The water is leaking past the plate that goes between the engine and the jet pump assm. in the inside of the engine compartment on my 2000 Challenger w/ the M2 210hp Mercury in it.The plate is sandwiched in there. Water is coming in past it on one side. Has anyone replaced the gaskets on this before? If so what am I looking at as far as doing it myself? Or if you have had this done by a shop how much is this going to run me?

Also I have another quick question. What the hell does it mean when that loud beeper mounted under the control panel goes off and won't shut up? I am guessing engine temp too high or low on injection oil? Would either of my guesses be correct?

Ok it's not called the ride plate. It's the adaptor plate that is just below the plate that the expansion chamber is mounted to. To make this seem more clear here i the diagram and the number of the part is 19. It is the seal below that.
