RFI owners input needed

Hello , i am after some input on people who have owned 787 RFI skis.
Did your ski accelerate from idle smoothly ? i ask because my feels like it misses till it get to 3000rpm when accelarating slowly.
I have been told that the RFI will run on 1 jug till about 3000rpm then the other cuts in .
Now i do not doubt this persons advice i just would like to hear from people who have owned or do own these RFI,s.
If you do reply could you tell me what year your ski was ?

I "tuned" an rfi, not by choice, but new all i was doing was installing new plugs, changing pump oil and cleaning the raves, but when i water tested it, there was no miss.

Try new plugs and clean the raves.

I got a verification from Chester that under 3% throttle (3000'ish RPM's)... they run on one jug.
