I just had mine off and back on when replacing an engine. It was not too bad, I have to ask, why I are you replacing? I was just about to do the same thing and found a shorted wire. Ran a single new wire and my issue is gone. Sucked chasing the short, but now that I been there done that and have the t shirt I would be glad to help if I can.
Otherwise if you need to replace the harness I started at the back unplugging sensors and worked my way to the front.
