I recently ran the 2002 GTX DI and all of a sudden it quit. I took it to the shop and they replaced the fuse but did not tank test it. I got it back and it was running rough. I took it back and they said that the Oil Inj cable was broken and I have a bad fuel injector. They said they swapped the FI's and it ran bad on the other cylinder, so I need a new one - and I should replace both Fuel injectors and also the air injectors at the same time. Over $1000+ labor.
I can have the FI rebuilt and tested nearby for less than $50. Should I try that first after replacing the oil inj cable?
