Replace Antifreeze

Hi, I have a 2004 Sea Doo 4 Tec Sportster. I would like to replace the antifreeze. Can someone talk me thru the process of draining & refilling the antifreeze ? What brand do you recommend that is compatible with this engine, preferably a premixed 50/50 solution ? Is there a video on YouTube ? Thanks
