Refurbished impeller without removing

Jack boat up put on ramps, pull intake grate, lay on back with pillow for head support. Then with small file, file down around stone chips, then use pencil grinder with flapper to remove burrs. Pretty much got almost all of leading edge. Looks a lot better, will test out this weekend to see if top speed cavitation is gone.

Can't tell from the pix. Were you able to thin the leading edges to about .010-.015 inch?
