Red loctite for hx impeller

I was just wonder if i can use blue 242 loctite on the impeller instead of red loctite ?

Don't use any thread locker. Use anti-seize instead. BRP change their recommendation to 273 (272) in 2000 and then changed again to anti-seize in 2004.
