Still Onething, Are You sure this "holder" is the right way? ( probably it is) it is just something to hold cables in place, but if it can "interfare" or something to the CPS if it is assembled wrong, or pinch a cable?

Also brush/file on the soldier joint on pickup coil and measure there, and then also at the connector at magneto cover, also as a last step measure on the connector at MPEM... to be sure there is good wires all the way to Mpem
