RAVE valves replace or have reground

They are in a 2001 RXX any advice is much appreciated

those can be cleaned up. i don't see any stress cracks but i really can't tell in the pictures.

Thanks was worried about how chewed up the ends are

yeah it needs to addressed. grind them down a bit then put the valve in the slot and roll the motor over by hand. if it jumps or moves that means its coming in contact with the rings and needs more taken off.
