Coupon code SAVE7 gets you 7% off at PWCMuscle as well right now

The Riva is supposed to be a bit faster up top. The R&D a little better hook up in the chop.

New to me news that on some of the older skis...like mine...the Riva has been known to break at around the 75mph mark. Now....I've run the Riva on my ski since '06...never a prob....but then I'm a tad bit shy of the magic number.

I ended up ordering a Top Loader from PWCMuscle a week ago and it hasn't shipped yet. Anyone else have this experience with them? I've never ordered from there before so I'm just curious. I'm in no rush since we just got another 2in of snow last night lol

Nevermind I got home today and found the package waiting for me. I just never got a shipment notification seems like it.

nice !!!! take a pic when you install it .... cause we all like pics, bikinis, and cold beer !!!!

Will do. If you want some bikinis, you're gonna have to wait a couple of months.

Big benefit to living in Texas.... we're in the low 80's outside here this weekend! WooHoo, almost ready to un-winterize my RXT and get ready for the lake! :-)

ps. I went with an R&D Aquavein, it performs just perfectly IMHO won't ever change it. The reason I went with it as opposed to the RIVA intake grate was simply the look of the design: the R&D intake looks more like the performance intake grate in my big jetboat... the differences between the R&D and RIVA grates are probably negligable though, I doubt a rider could tell which one a watercraft has in it just by riding the thing.

Oh, yeah the bad thing about living in Texas... the women tend to be obese around here. Ewwwwww! (sigh!). :-(

(walks away depressed)

Just saw this thread; I've been testing an R&D Aquavein vs Riva toploader on my 07 RXT. Swapped repeatedly at the lake and ran them then went to the bay in the rough and did the same. Repeatable 1 MPH increase with the Riva; both stayed hooked up up well in the chop vs the stock. Neither are way better than the stock grate for speed but definitely stay hooked up better. I'm keeping the RIVA...helps reduce the number of load/unload cycles on the supercharger clutch when riding hard in the chop. I got this grate from another 07 RXT that runs solid 76 (Fizzle external intercooler, 4" kaneflex intake, prop work, pump wedge, OPAS delete, remap, resonator delete, injectors, supercharger upgrade, etc.).
