problem 2000 rx

i have a 2000 rx it will start but as soon as you push the trottle it dies weve changed plugs new battery help

injector issue maybe. need to plug that one in to read the codes man. i would say pull the fuel rail and clean the injectors. very easy to do. 2 12mm hex bolts and i think 4 allen bolts hold the lines in place. pull the injectors from the rail and clean em. try that, but could be fuel in general. how do the plugs look??

First pull the gas cap off and leave it off and see it will then rev with the gas cap off if not then cheak the fuel pressure as they are also know to have bad fuel pumps this way you can find the problem before just taking things apart blindly, lets find the problem before just tearing into things that may or may not be the problem.
