Not that I'm aware of. There are aftermarket products you can add to allow you to use the VTS less, but I'm not aware of a manual handle type actuator.

What you're looking for is mechanical trim tabs. They are expensive and usually only used for racing. It's around $800+ for a set. With a little ingenuity you could use a small CO2 canister to make an air actuated setup.
